UAE: e&’s H1 revenues rise 1.1% to Dh26.6 billion

UAE telecoms and technology company, e& has reported on Tuesday its consolidated revenues during the first half of 2023 reached about AED 26.6 billion ($7,242 billion), a year-on-year increase of 1.1 percent.

However, the net profit was down 3.2 percent to Dh4.71 billion, from Dh4.86 billion in the same period in 2022. Operating profit in the six months ended in June was down about 2.2 percent to Dh6.53 billion, from Dh6.68 billion a year ago.

“e&’s performance during the first half of the year reinforces the resilience of our business model despite the challenging global macroeconomic environment,” said Jassem Mohamed Obaid Bu Ataba Alzaabi, chairman of e&.
