United States market briefing 14/04/2023

The United States market closed low on Friday, with the Dow falling by -0.42 percent to 33,886.47. The index lost 143.22 points, recording a day high value of 34,082.94 and a day low value of 33,730.85.

NASDAQ inched down by -0.35 percent and lost 42.81 points. The index closed at 12,123.47 and recorded a day high value of 12,205.72 and a day low value of 12,026.55.

S&P 500 dropped by -0.21 percent to 4,137.64 losing 8.58 points. It recorded a day high value of 4,163.19 and a day low value of 4,113.20.
