Two people were shot and killed in North Sinai by unknown assailants early Friday, Ahram Arabic news website reported.
The two people were shot by militants, according to eyewitnesses west of Rafah city in North Sinai governorate.
The two bodies were transferred to Rafah Central hospital.
The North Sinai prosecution is currently investigating the attack.
On Thursday, eight civilians were killed in their home in Al-Arish by unknown assailants.
Militants have killed hundreds of police and army personnel since 2013 in North Sinai, while the authorities also claim they have killed hundreds of Islamist militants in military campaigns in the governorate.
Civilians are also among those killed.
The Islamist group Ansar Beit Al-Maqdis, which pledged allegiance to the ISIS group last year, has claimed responsibility for most of the attacks against security forces in Sinai.
