Vodafone Denies jamming its Network in Taba

Vodafone emphasized that it has received no complaints concerning the network coverage in Sinai, pointing out that the network operates there without jamming.

In his statements to Amwal Al Ghad Eng. Khaled Hegazy, Corporate Affairs Director at Vodafone, stated that no one has reported to the company that the coverage to Taba Border Crossing is experiencing jamming. He added that the three mobile operators will take urgent actions upon receiving complaints.

On the other hand, some news websites have declared that the services provided by the three mobile operators (Vodafone, Mobinil, and Etisalat)  in Taba are subject to jamming, noting that Israeli networks work perfectly well in this region.
