Volkswagen-Rivian JV gets green light by German antitrust regulator

Germany’s Volkswagen and US electric car maker Rivian Automotive are exploring a potential joint venture, the German competition authority (Bundeskartellamt) announced on Monday.

There are “no serious competition problems to be feared,” said  Andreas Mundt, head of the Bundeskartellamt, in a statement.
