Egypt’s HCCD to launch 6 new real estate projects in Q1 of 2018

Egypt’s Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) is set to establish 6 new real projects in the local market through its affiliates by the beginning of 2018, Mahmoud Hegazy -HCCD Chairman & Managing Director- said.

The  new projects are among the company’s strategy to expand in the real estate investment activities, Hegazy added.

he said that the new projects are distributed among New Cairo, Al Obour and Alexandria, referring that the affiliate companies that would carry out the new projects include Nasr General Contracting Co., Egyptian General Contracting Company, Cairo Contracting Co., and Rolin – General Construction Co..

He added that HCCD is establishing two new real estate developments affiliates  in order to manage the development of the targeted projects.

The new real estate projects include residential, commercial and administrative activities and aim to double the contracting companies business while making use of the assets and  managing the capital.
