6th of October E-Archive System to be Finalized by the End of Next September

Eng. Ayman Sadek, President of the Egyptian National Post Organization (ENPO), stated that the Organizations will finalize developing and updating its electronic archive by the end of next September, by providing it with the modernest equipments and installing advanced networks and computers.

In a statement issued by ENPO, Sadek noted that a plan will be set in the nearest future, for establishing cooperation between the electronic archive sector and a number of ministries, in addition to signing protocols for providing electronic archive services to many agencies, with the aim of increasing the authority’s revenues.

ENPO pointed out that  a group of it leaders has met employees at the main branch of electronic archive yesterday, to listen to their opinions and proposals regarding developing Egypt Post and raising its revenues, given that the work there was suspended during the previous months. This is considered as a step to respond to the sudden visit of Minister of Communications and Information technology Eng. Mahmoud to the post office in the 6th of October city, in which he called upon accelerating the development of the archive and finalizing the construction process of the building as soon as possible. The Minister added that this post office should start providing electronic archive services for the ministries, private companies, and governmental agencies within one  month.
