Egypt Post to issue commemorative stamp celebrating national team’s World Cup achievement

Egypt Post will issue a commemorative postage stamp celebrating Egypt’s national football team’s historic achievement at the FIFA World Cup, following directives from Chairperson Dalia Elbaz.

The stamp will commemorate the team’s achievement in the tournament and reaffirm Egypt Post’s role in documenting national events and achievements that remain part of the country’s collective memory.

Although the Egyptian team suffered great injustice during Tuesday’s match against Argentina, the players gave their best throughout the game, earning the pride and admiration of all Egyptians.
