US-based outsourcing company InteLogix has launched operations in Egypt, opening its new headquarters in New Cairo to provide business process outsourcing (BPO), customer experience (CX), and IT services to international markets.
The launch was inaugurated by Ahmed Elzaher, CEO of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), alongside InteLogix President and CEO Mario Baddour and Tarek Zeidan, VP Delivery – EMEA and Managing Director of InteLogix Egypt.
The expansion follows InteLogix’s acquisition of Cairo-based Athear earlier this year, integrating the company into its global delivery network and expanding its AI-enabled multilingual service capabilities.
InteLogix plans to expand its Egyptian workforce from around 135 employees to 1,365 over the next three years, while increasing service exports from its Cairo centre and broadening the markets and services it serves.
Elzaher said Egypt’s appeal to offshoring investors extends beyond its talent pool to include technical skills, multilingual capabilities, scalability, operating costs, and proximity to major markets.
Offshoring export revenues in Egypt reached $5.2 billion in 2025, supported by 252 export-oriented companies, including 177 multinationals, employing more than 195,000 professionals.
