A report issued by Egypt’s ministry of investment has revealed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has topped the Arab investments made in Egypt. Saudi investments hit total capitals of $5.8 billion in which the market value exceeded $30 billion.
The report has also revealed that the KSA has been one of the main commercial partners injecting investments in the Egyptian market. KSA took part in 2727 projects with investments exceeded $2.5 billion.
The report also added that the total volume of trade exchange between Egypt and the KSA has reached around $4.75 billion by the end of 2011, 16% higher than a $4.1 billion total volume of trade exchange by the end of 2010.
