The executive body of “Ebny Betak” project located at the 6th of October city warned to Egypco that the company will be excluded from the tender because they have not completed the utilities of the project.
On his part, Ahmed Kareem, coordinator at the coalition of Ebni Betak’s project, stated that this is the second warning sent to the company, pointing out that the beneficiaries of Ebni Betak have presented a memorandum last August to the Minister of Housing, demanding finalizing the utilities in October.
He added on the sidelines of the meeting attended by the beneficiaries that the company’s performance is slow and does not show commitment to the deadline scheduled for completing the utilities.
On the other hand, the coalition has managed to get approval from the Ministry of Education for for operating Hadayek October (October Gardens) School or Uthman Ibn Affan, which is an experimental school offering a three-stage education (primary, preparatory, and secondary).
