Egypt’s Moukhtar Ibrahim to complete delivering 3 infrastructure projects this year – source

Egypt’s state-run construction firm Moukhtar Ibrahim plans to finalise delivering three fully-fledged infrastructure projects in a bunch of governorates within the current year, according to a source.

The projects will include a number of sanitation networks, at a total cost worth around 1.1 billion Egyptian pounds ($68.3 million), an official source in the firm told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.

As for the first project, it is set to include a sanitation network in Upper Egyptian governorate of Sohag, at a capacity of 35,000 cubic feet per day and a cost exceeding 300 million pounds, the source added.

“The second project will encompass a waste water treatment plant in Borg El Arab City, 45km (28 miles) southwest of Alexandria governorate, at a cost worth 440 million pounds,” he said.

As for the third project, it is to include a sanitation network in Qus city in Upper Egyptian governorate of Qena, at a cost of 380 million pounds, the source concluded.
