El Shams to present the third phase of “Al-Meeraj” project
El Shams Housing and Urbanization intends to present the third phase of Al-Meeraj project during the second quarter of this fiscal year, after being postponed during the last period as a result of the recession experienced by the sector after revolution of January.
Mohammad Jalal -chief financial officer- said that the third phase consists of 26 buildings over an area of 4,000 Square meters, and the company starts to offer it to the construction companies to be prepare for starting the implementation.
He added that the company has completed the first and second phases of the same project with a cost of 110 million pounds, and these two phases consist of 50 residential building.
On the other hand, the company is still negotiating with the Housing & Development Bank for the purpose of signing a cooperation protocol of joint marketing and financing of 90 housing unit located in Elshams housing project that lies in the 6th of October city within clubs area in the first urban area.
