Egypt confirms 486 new coronavirus cases, 22 deaths on Sunday

Egypt reported 486 new coronavirus cases on Sunday bringing the total infection tally to 121,575 since the outbreak began in February.

The health ministry also reported 22 new deaths, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 6,920.

The statement said that 165 patients have been discharged after recovering from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 104,875.
