Orange Egypt says revenues grew 6.7% in 2020

Orange Egypt reported on Sunday a 6.7 percent year-on-year increase in revenues to €891 million ($1.1 billion or 16.9 billion Egyptian pounds) during 2020.

In 2019, the subsidiary of French telecoms group Orange saw revenues worth €831 million (15.7 billion pounds).

Orange Egypt has nearly 27.5 million mobile users in the country, while the number of fixed broadband customers reached around 398,000, according to latest indicators by the parent company.
