Egypt sends 30 tonnes of medical supplies to India amid pandemic crisis

Egypt will send 30 tonnes of medical equipment and supplies to India to support its efforts against the coronavirus pandemic, in line with the directives of the President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the Minister of Health, Hala Zayed, said.

The aid shipment includes 300 oxygen cylinders, 20 ventilators, 100 medical beds, 20 electrocardiographs, 30 defibrillators, 50 infusion pumps, and 50 infusion syringes, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Khaled Megahed, said in a statement.
