United States market briefing 09/05/2023

The United States market closed low on Tuesday with the Dow dropping by -0.17 percent to close at 33,561.81. The index lost 56.88 points, recording a day high value of 33,656.40 and a day low value of 33,509.72.

The NASDAQ stayed unchanged for the second day in a row with a value of 12,179.55.

S&P 500 fell by -0.46 percent and lost 18.95 points to close at 4,119.17. The index recorded a day high value of 4,130.35 and a day low value of 4,116.65.
