European markets briefing 21/08/2023
The majority of the European markets closed high on Monday with the German DAX rising by 0.19 percent to 15,603.28, gaining 29.02 points.
The French CAC 40 climbed by 0.47 percent and gained 33.95 points to close at 7,198.06.
The British FTSE slipped by -0.06 percent and lost 4.61 points, reaching a value of 7,257.82.
