Beko Egypt will open its first factory in Egypt in early 2024 rather than the fourth quarter of this year as previously announced.
The factory is located in the industrial city in the 10th of Ramadan and spans over an area of 114,000 square metres.
It is being developed with total investment of over $100 million, according to the company’s press statement.
In February 2023, the company announced that it appointed Hassan Allam Construction to build the factory.
Bek Egypt is a subsidiary of Turkish white goods conglomerate Arçelik.
