Kraft Heinz to pour more investments in Egypt

Kraft Heinz Group plans to invest $50 million to expand its factory in Egypt, aiming to double production capacity and increase exports by 65 per cent. The investment will transform the facility into a regional manufacturing and export hub as part of the government’s “Cairo as a Hub” initiative.

Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khateeb met with the global Kraft Heinz delegation to discuss these plans and the factory’s role in covering markets across Africa, Europe, and the Gulf. The expansion, scheduled to complete next month, aligns with Egypt’s strategy to enhance industrial capacity and export growth.
