Egypt, Argentina discuss air transport cooperation opportunities

Egypt’s Civil Aviation Minister Sameh El Hefny on Sunday met with Argentina’s Ambassador to Egypt, Holger Martinsen, to discuss strengthening cooperation in air transport.

The meeting tackled a study on launching direct flights between the two countries. El Hefny emphasised Egypt’s commitment to expanding aviation partnerships globally, highlighting Argentina as a key partner in South America.

He underscored the importance of enhancing air connectivity to boost tourism and economic ties, benefiting both nations.
