Egypt’s NTRA Provides New Cellular Frequancies With EGP 1.2 Bln

The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has revealed its offering for new cellular frequencies of mobile phone services with expected revenues worth EGP 1.2 billion to treasury.

Dr. Amr Badawi, CEO of (NTRA) said the new cellular frequency band is located in 1800 MHz, and  it will provide for telecom services, asserting that (NTRA) aims to provide 2.5 MHz for Mobinil and Vodafone enterprises.
