SFD Pumped EGP 620 Mln to Finance 52600 Projects

Social Fund for Development (SFD) pumped EGP 620 million as funding for 52600 micro-enterprises in the first quarter of the current year. Ghada Wali, general secretary of SFD, said that SFD has pumped EGP 387.4 million to finance 4700 micro-enterprises during the first quarter of the current year. She pointed out that SFD significantly interested in micro-enterprises whereas it injected EGP232.2 million as funding for 48 projects during the first 3 months of the current year. She explained that SFD has allocated EGP 22.7 million for the Infrastructure projects as well as community and human development projects during the first quarter of 2013.
