Egypt’s stock market (EGX) closed in green on Monday, July 14, 2025.
- The main index, EGX30 went up by 2.04 per cent, to 33,727.44 points.
- The Shariah index, EGX33 jumped by 1.03 per cent to 3,483.32 points.
- The SMEs index, EGX70 soared by 0.89 per cent, to 10,196 points.
- The index, EGX100 index surged by 0.98 per cent, to 13,787.3 points.
The total market cap reached 2,382,239,094,429 Egyptian pounds.
The Arabs and Non-Arab foreigners were net buyers with 690,574 Egyptian pounds, and 5,932,735,682 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Egyptians were net sellers with 5,933,426,255 Egyptian pounds.
Top gainers on Monday
- North Cairo Mills shares rose by 14.13 per cent, to close at the price of 60.000 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Egyptian Chemical Industries (Kima) shares climbed by 9.52 per cent, to trade at the price of 9.200 Egyptian pounds a share.
- El Obour Real Estate Investment shares jumped by 8.43 per cent, to the purchasing price of 10.800 Egyptian pounds a share.
Top losers on Monday
- Golden Textiles & Clothes Wool shares fell by 7.70 per cent, to close at 30.560 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Certificates Of Odin Egyptian Equity Investment Fund-KASAB shares declined by 5.39 per cent, to close at 4.560 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Contact Financial Holding shares dropped by 4.95 per cent, to close at the price of 5.570 Egyptian pounds a share.
