TE Cancels Additional Expenses Of Bills Via Website

Telecom Egypt (TE) has announced the cancellation of the additional expenses of paying bills via the website of the company, which amounts to 1% from the bills’ value starting from 10 July 2013.

Mohamed Al-Nawawi, CEO of TE, has stated that the cancellation of the additional expenses which related to paying bills comes to encourage customers in order to continue the operations of payment and provide a lot of time and efforts.

Eng. Ahmed Osama, the Executive Vice President of TE, it is currently being finalized the development process via the website of the company, adding that the new website will witness providing new developing services aiming to achieve high quality in customer services.
