Gold prices in Egypt rose on Wednesday, mirroring gains in global bullion markets and fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate, according to local traders.
As of 15:55 local time (13:55 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 6,297.25 Egyptian pounds per gram, up 0.18 per cent from 6,285.75 pounds on 11 Nov.
