Egypt’s Ramses the Great Exhibition to be displayed in London from February: Cabinet

Egypt’s Cabinet approved on Wednesday the transfer of the Ramses the Great and the Gold of the Pharaohs Exhibition to London following the end of its run in Tokyo earlier this month.

The exhibition will be held in the British capital from 28 Feb. to 30 Aug., 2026, after concluding its Tokyo showing on 11 Jan., 2026, and will feature 180 ancient artefacts, according to a Cabinet statement.

The move comes at the request of the exhibition’s organisers. Periods required for packing, transport, and shipping are not included in the exhibition dates.
