Egypt reassures western partners, travel advisory levels remain stable

Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stepped up diplomatic outreach to Western countries to reaffirm the nation’s security and stability, ensuring there is no need to revise travel advisories, the ministry said Wednesday.

Egypt, considered a key hub for the potential evacuation of foreigners from the region, has highlighted the full readiness of state institutions to handle such operations if needed.

As a result of these diplomatic efforts, several countries, including the United States, Canada, and Ireland, have kept their travel advisory levels for Egypt unchanged. The United States, in an update issued on 3 March, maintained its advisory at the same level as before recent regional military escalations, underscoring the country’s stability despite ongoing tensions in neighboring areas.
