SOREAL Pays LE 315 M As Advance Payment For New Cairo Land Plot

SOREAL for Real Estate Development, Six of October Development & Investment (SODIC) (OCDI) fully owned company, paid and advanced payment on a 301 acre land plot in New Cairo area.

The company added, in a statement to the stock exchange, that SOREAL paid LE 315 million for New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) as an advanced payment for the land plot which represents 10% of the land value and other administrative expenses.
