Chairman of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC) Eng. Hassan Abdel Aziz said the total number of Egyptian construction firms which operating in Saudi Arabia market are 450 firms within the current period, classifying as the first, second and third categories with business volume exceeded US$2.5 billion.
In statements to Amwal Al Ghad on Monday, Abdel Aziz added that the construction firms third category are working in Saudi Arabia as a small contractors as well as increasing business opportunities most notably infrastructure and housing projects.
He noted that all the firms exiting in Saudi have the right to renew its business and to enter direct competition in the market without referring to EFCBC.
