Egypt-based Al Shams Housing and Urbanization (ELSH) is targeting business expansion this year by pumping 500 million Egyptian pounds (US$ 63 million) in favour of existing and planned projects, its chief executive Mahmoud Maghawry said Monday.
Maghawry further told Amwal Al Ghad that his company aims to implement more residential projects during the upcoming phase and to buy a new land plot after the completion of a project in the 6th of October city, namely Gardenia October.
Gardenia October is established on 120 feddans set to encompass 3200 units executed through four phases with investments worth 1 billion pounds (US $ 131 million).
