Trade exchange between Egypt and Turkey slightly fell to $4.176 billion during 2016, from $4.341 billion a year earlier, Egyptian minister of trade said Saturday.
However, Egypt’s exports to Turkey climbed 19 percent to record $1.443 billion during 2016, compared to $1.216 billion, Minister Tarek Qabil stated following receiving the Egyptian Commercial Representation in Istanbul’s latest report.
Imports from Turkey dropped to around $2.733 billion, from $3.125 billion.
