Egypt’s HCCD says has started marketing Maadi View and Masaken Sheraton

Egypt’s Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) has started marketing Maadi View and Masaken Sheraton flagships, its chairman Mahmoud Hegazy said Tuesday.

HCCD has earlier signed a contract with one of its affiliates Modern Real Marketing CO. to promote the two projects, Hegazy further stated.

The Egyptian official added that Maadi View, which located in El Shorouk City, is being marketing in favour of the county’s Maadi Company for Development and Construction.

HCCD is promoting Masaken Sheraton for state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI), Hegazy said, referring that the project is located in New Heliopolis district, north east Cairo.
