A major construction firm was mandated to execute 15 residential towers in the first phase of New El Alamein City, northwest of Cairo, by Egypt’s Ministry of Housing during the last period, an official source in the firm said Thursday.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, the source added that these works are set to be completely handed over within a timeframe of two years.
During the last two months, he further elaborated that Egyptian property developer Dorra Group started carrying out the initial works of two towers in New El Alamein City.
“There are 11 construction firms working in the city within the current period, notably Arab Contractors, Dorra Group, Hassan Allam, Orascom Construction (OC), and SIAC Holding Development,” the source referred.
