Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman have inaugurated Monday Tolip El Forsan Resort over 38 feddans in Ismailia, the capital city of Suez Canal region.
The fully-fledged touristic resort, which took 18 months to be built, features old French architectural styles overlooks Lake Timsah and Suez Canal.
Tolip El Forsan Resort includes halls for conferences as well as a commercial and marketing annex in addition to a social and cultural club, besides a number of restaurants, said Egyptian Presidency in a statement on Monday.
Moreover, Sisi provided bin Salman with an inspection tour of several national flagships on the Suez Canal, highlighting works completed during the Egyptian leader’s four-year tenure.
The two men inspected New Ismailia City, eastern coast of Suez Canal, on a space of 2,157 feddans.
The city’s first phase, which comprises 35,000 housing units, will provide 35,000 job opportunities for youths.
