Egypt’s state-owned Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development announced Sunday that it is set to inaugurate the first phase of its flagship Maryland Garden within the upcoming few days.
The company has developed 22 feddans of out of the 45-feddan phase, at a cost estimated at 43 million pounds, according to a statement sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
On 25 February 2018, the EGX-listed company has held a public auction to rent its show land and playground for children for seven years.
Moreover, the Egyptian company has achieved sales worth 36.009 million pounds in February 2018.
