Egypt’s ARDIC for Real Estate Developments says it has signed a contract with the country’s New Urban Communities Authority to attain 310 feddans worth 1.2 billion Egyptian pounds ($66.8 million) in New Minya City.
The company is planning to execute a new fully-fledged residential compound over 310 feddans in New Minya, north east of the Nile and 250 km (155.3 miles) far from Cairo, chief executive Ashraf Dowidar told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.
“The project will include residential and commercial parts and a hospital,” Dowidar said.
