Morsi: It’s Time For Assad To Leave

Speaking at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit in Mecca, Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi said it was “time for the Assad regime to leave.”

He added that cooperation between Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Iran was necessary in order to solve the Syrian crisis. “I am surprised by those who neglect the Syrian crisis and abandon the blood spilled there, even during the blessed month of Ramadan.
