Property developer Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) says it has posted sales worth 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($83.6 million) from its residential flagship, Riyadh-SECON in New Cairo.
Spanning over 68 feddans, the three-phase project will include 1,897 housing units with spaces ranging between 145 square metres and 280 square metres as well as 120 residential buildings, SECON’s chief executive said on Monday.
“The accomplishment rates of the project’s 85 residential buildings reached around 70 percent,” Darwish Hassanein told Amwal Al Ghad, adding that the finishing works also reached 50 percent.
