B.TECH to pump EGP350 mln investments during 2019
B.TECH, the Largest Retailer for Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics in Egypt, seeks to pump new investments of 350 million Egyptian pounds during 2019, Mohamed Khattab, the company CEO said.
He added during a press conference that the Egyptian market is promising and is capable of attracting investments, noting that the company’s last year investments reached 200 million Egyptian pounds.
In addition, the company’s sales increased by 26 percent in 2018.
Moreover, the company seeks to grow by 75 percent creating 900 new job opportunities, Khattab said.
Khattab added that the Egyptian market witnessed selling 17 million mobile phone units during 2018 with total value if 41 billion pounds.
the mobile phone market is capturing 45 percent of the total electrical and electronic devices market which is estimated by 100 billion pounds with annual growth rate of 5-6 percent.
