Egypt’s Tower Developments to finalise 35% of Tower Bay’s phase I year-end

Egypt’s property developer, Tower Developments (TD) plans to complete executing 35 percent of the first phase of its flagship Tower Bay project in Port Said at the end of the year, chief executive said on Tuesday.

Tower Bay is being built on 102 feddan over four phases, Lashin added, noting that it is scheduled to complete the whole construction work of the project’s first phase by 2022.

The first phase’s construction works of the four-phase project, which is spanning over 102 feddans, will be finalised within 2022, Ahmed Lasheen further added.

“The project’s investments reached five billion Egyptian pounds ($302 million),” he said, adding that the company has marketed 30 percent of the first phase with 500 million in contractual sales.
