Abraj Misr signs $33mn contracts for ‘The Shore’ in Egypt’s North Coast

Egypt-based real estate developer, Abraj Misr has signed construction contracts worth 300 million Egyptian pounds ($33million) to implement more works in its North Coast project, The Shore, its Commercial Director Tarek Bahaa said Tuesday.

The project is located in Ras El Hekma Bay, in Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh desert road, to be built on an area of 180 feddans with 2000 total number of units.

Abraj Misr has promoted 15 percent of the total number of the project’s units. In addition, the company has signed a 100 million Egyptian pounds deal with Mena for Engineering Consultation & Development.

Owing to its vital location and unique architecture, The Shore presents a new vision for the seaside resorts in Egypt.

The project includes a wide range of residential buildings designed on high terraces, in addition to four residential neighbourhoods designed in accordance with international quality standards. It also comprises various types of residential units to meet all the needs and tastes.

Since its inception in 2010, Abraj Misr has owned several other projects in Egypt worth investments of 425 million Egyptian pounds such as Florenta, Lavanda and Montana Mall that costs 19.25 million pounds.
