Ahead of His Visit to France in Feb, Abdel Nour Reviews Final Arrangements

The Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour has held a meeting with Egyptian side of the joint French- business council headed by Fouad Mahmoud Younis in order to discuss the council’s plan within the current year for boosting the trade volume between the two countries.

Abdel Nour has pointed out that the meeting will discuss the arrangements regarding his visit to France within the first week of the next February which it is schedule to witness series meetings with several Ministers in France in order to review the joint commercial and economic relationships in addition focusing on boosting the Egyptian exports for the French market.

He also noted that it has been taken into account to include diverse sectors that have opportunities to contribute to the growth and expansion of economic relations and bilateral trade between Egypt and these countries.

Younis asserted that the council has plan to enhance the joint relationships with the French side, as it is schedule to hold bilateral meetings with the two Country’s businessmen to explain the future vision of the Egyptian economy.

He explained that the council is currently conducting with the Housing, Transport, Civil Aviation  and Electricity Ministries to identify their future plans.

He said the council’s members have put business plan in the last period as 3 main committees have been formed such as investment committee, commercial committee and media committee.
