Akam in talks for Egypt new capital’s multi-use project
Egyptian Akam Developments is negotiating to get four feddans to implement a multi-use project in the country’s new capital, said a senior official in the firm on Wednesday.
The real estate developer plans to execute a residential project in the new capital over 40 feddans, property consultant Yomna Kamel told Amwal Al Ghad.
“Our project portfolio includes three projects in the new capital,” Kamel said, adding that Scenario is one of these flagships.
Spanning over 39 feddans, Scenario is Akam’s residential compound in the new capital’s seventh residential district, she earlier said, adding that the project is being marketed in three phases of a sale.
“Scenario will include 1,200 housing homes varying between apartments and duplexes, with spaces ranging between 136 and 465 square metres for each unit,” Kamel added.
