Al Ahly to deliver 2 residential projects in New Cairo 2019-end

Egypt’s Al Ahly for Real Estate Development Company is planning to deliver two residential flagships in Mostakbal City, New Cairo at the end of 2019, said its chairman Hussein Sabbour on Monday.

Spanning over more than 180 feddans, the Cairo-based firm has increased the accomplishment rates of the two projects; Green Square and L’Avenir to 75 percent and 50 percent, respectively, he added.

“We will hand over the Green Square and L’Avenir units by the beginning of next year,” Sabbour said.

Also, Al Ahly is targeting contractual sales up to 8 billion Egyptian pounds ($446.6 million) from its ongoing residential and touristic projects within next December, Sabbour said.
