The Egyptian Exchange’s Listing Committee held on 17/10/2012 approved listing the issued capital increase shares of Al Arafa For Investment and Consultancies – (AIVC.CA) from $ 62.7 million to $ 94.05 million, amounting to $ 31.35 distributed over 156.75 million shares at a par value of $ 0.20 per share (representing the 6th issue). Shares shall be available for trading effective on 31/10/2012 session.

Shareholders as of 30/10/2012 are entitled to free stocks distribution (0.5 free stocks for every existing 1 share held).
