Al Azhar launches fatwa department for hebrew speakers

Al-Azhar Global Centre for Electronic Fatwa launched a platform on Saturday dedicated for Hebrew speakers to keep up with regional and international developments.

The centre is set to provide accurate religious and historical insights about the Palestinian cause to Hebrew speakers.

The announcement shows how the department aims to fix strong convictions in Arab communities, as well as promote the claims of the Palestinian people to their land.

It will also shed light on double standards from the media regarding the dire humanitarian situation in Palestine.

The centre also seeks to fight the threats of Zionism by examining its claims and religious implications, as well as debunking historical Zionist falsehoods.

The department will translate fatwas and statements from the centre into Hebrew by team of expert Hebrew language professors from Al-Azhar University.
