Al Dau Developments to launch phase I of Cairo West in Q2

Egypt’s property developer Al Dau plans to launch the first phase of its hotel and residential flagship Cairo West within the second quarter of 2019, said chairman Fahd Derbala on Tuesday.

The first phase, which is with target sales of 3 billion Egyptian pounds ($167.3 million), will include 300 units, Derbala told Amwal Al Ghad.

“We are set to start executing the project on a space of 50 feddans at the end of the current year,” he said, adding that it will comprise of two residential and hotel parts, with a capacity of 350 rooms.
