Alexandria Port Receives 2200 Tourists Today

The Maltese cruise ship “Thomson Spirit” arrived this morning in Egypt’s Alexandria Port; transferring 2200 tourists from different nationalities.

Gen. Adel Yassin Hamad, Chairman of Alexandria Port Authority, said the authority, in cooperation with Tourism Department in Alexandria, prepared a program for the group includes visiting the historical places, Alexandria Library and some malls.

The cruise ship will head to Turkey, Hamad added, referring that the group will later resume their tour to the Mediterranean Sea Ports.

Some policemen in Alexandria port, under the supervision of Brigade General Ibrahim El Shenway, finished the procedures immediately for the group and facilitated their official documents in the Customs authority in order to enjoy their program.
