Egypt’s property developer Amer Group says it plans to deliver its new flagship in Marsa Matrouh, 524 km (325.6 miles) from Cairo within three years.
The project is with investments totaling around 800 million Egyptian pounds ($44.1 million).
Salah Amer, Amer Group’s Chief Executive, told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday that his company is executing the 950,000-squere metre project in two phases, with total of 2,000 housing touristic units.
“We’ve completed the first phase, comprising of 1,000 housing tourist units and one hotel,” Amer noted.
The Egyptian official further added that Amer Group also plans to finish the flagship’s second ongoing phase within 2019.
